After two decades in executive finance recruitment, I founded The CFO Practice in 2021 with a clear focus – to specialise in CFO and finance director search while delivering a more personal, high-integrity service.

While many larger recruitment firms are built around scale and growth targets, my priority is different. I deliberately limit the number of finance director and CFO searches I manage, ensuring I can personally lead each one with care, rigour, and transparency.
