After two decades in executive finance recruitment, I founded The CFO Practice in 2021 with a clear focus – to specialise in CFO and finance director search while delivering a more personal, high-integrity service.
While many larger recruitment firms are built around scale and growth targets, my priority is different. I deliberately limit the number of finance director and CFO searches I manage, ensuring I can personally lead each one with care, rigour, and transparency.
The CFO Practice cuts through the complexity often associated with executive recruitment, avoiding protracted shortlisting processes and complicated fee structures, in favour of a simpler, more credible approach that puts delivery first.
