  • Develop a customised brief for the position alongside a candidate specification that details the company, role, responsibilities, goals and key challenges for the positions.
  • We specify the experience, qualifications and competencies required for success.

DETERMINE SEARCH STRATEGY

  • Conduct targeted research into the companies and sectors to identify people with the relevant skills and experience.
  • We develop a longlist of the best-qualified individuals for the role.

ATTRACT AND EVALUATE CANDIDATES

  • We approach potential prospects to qualify their interest in the role.
  • Conduct rigorous competency-based and technical interviews based on proven skills, knowledge and abilities outlined in the candidate specification.
  • We develop a shortlist of candidates with the qualifications and confirmed interest in the position.

Present the most qualified candidates

  • We present the organisation with the most qualified candidates based on analysis and appraisal against the specification.
  • Draw on informal views of each candidate to confirm and enhance knowledge of the candidate’s achievements and track record.

COMPLETE THE SEARCH

  • Once our client selects their preferred candidate, we conduct the necessary background checks and referencing to further assess competencies, strengths and weaknesses.
  • We assist in negotiations over compensation and other terms to help conclude the search.
  • Once the search is closed we periodically follow up with the organisation and the candidate checking in on progress of transition.
